Just wanted to share my customer service experience for a problem I had with Mice and Mystics. I received the game and Maginos' arm was missing. Nowhere to be found in the bag, box, etc. Also one die had oversplash so bad that the number on the die was illegible.

I emailed Plaid Hat customer service and explained the problem. Within one hour I received an acknowledgement email apologizing for the inconvenience and later that night at 11:42 PM I received another email indicating that the replacements have been shipped. Within 2 days, I received the replacement pieces.

Great game backed by outstanding customer service. Doesn't get much better than that!
