I was just wondering if anyone knows for sure whether or not the Needle Rapier and Tattered Threads of Reason promo cards are ONLY available as a pre-order from Plaidhatgames?
I was going to pre-order from Coolstuff along with other stuff to get free shipping, but if you can truly only get the promo from Plaidhat then I might go that route.
