I know people have said this before but I feel a company can never have to many good customer service posts since usually it's only the people with bad experiences who say something.But I have just contacted Plaid Hat about my Nez figure being damaged. Long story short, left the room ass hole cat knocks Nez off the table for the dog to eat.
They told me they would replace him and they are not making it a pain. Not making me find a year old receipt or anything. I offered to buy replacements but they are being very helpful and generous in sending us a free one. It is service like this that makes me stick with a company and continue to buy their products.
I have had experiences with other companies where I received a defective product and it was such a hassle to get it fixed. So in the end I will say remember that good service is important and usually does not get enough recognition.
